Ni Fonua established Duwamish Development in 2023 after years of being a C-Suite Executive, Director and Manager for various real estate firms in the City since 1998. He chose our unique name as an ode to honor the native Duwamish people who made the Seattle basin their home.

Our 60+ years of collective experience in the industry fuel our growth. We're firmly data and trend-centric, market conscious and diverse in opportunity pursuit. Our specialty is broad, in-depth analysis to develop best-fit plans, products and uses for our clients near and far.
